Issues:
Epi-related questions from Premium partners. For example: Building content/pages, topic map, first set-up in Google Analytics, converting pages – i.e. sponsor article page to standard article page, access rights – pages are visible in edit mode but they can’t see them live, creating menu headers for destination front page, assistance with maps, graphical creation and adding PoI’s, creating redirects.

To be invoiced:
The partners have a specific number of hours of support included in their contract with IN. If the partner has a positive balance, Innovation Norway can be invoiced until the balance is zero. The partner will be invoiced directly if balance is zero.

General questions from readers, destinations, etc. For example: Wrong information and broken links on VN, problems with products (products not visible/not updated on Visitnorway), deleting old products from import, destinations (but not Premium partners) who want to change text/pictures in their destination presentations.
